Our 5-step process to planning your next vacation is as follows:


STEP 1: Submit Your "Client Travel Request Form & Travel Services Agreement  ": Click Here


STEP 2:    We have our "15-min Travel Inquiry Phone Call"   and You Complete Your Client Portal


STEP 3:   Within 24-48 hours, we will follow up with your Group Travel Proposal and Group Planning Services Fee for you to review 


STEP 4:  We receive your signed Group Travel Proposal and your fee for Group Planning Services 

 

STEP 5:   We plan and you enjoy your vacation!


 Our Client Packages have options for: Hotels, Resorts, Cruises, Day Tours & Activities, Lux Flights Options (First Class, Business Class and Jet Service),  Homes & Villas, Travel Insurance, Multiday Tours, Unique Experiences, Perks, Packages and more!

  •  On your group Website, your Group will be able to:

Book their hotel/resort room with the Group Booking Link; Pay the hotel/resort deposit if required; Book transfers to/from the airport at the destination; Book and pay for any experiences established by the group; Book Travel Insurance
