Our 5 Steps to Planning Your Golf Getaway!

 

Lets take this trip planning in steps!


Thank you for selecting Eminence Escapades Travel to create your luxury golf getaway that will blend world-class courses with signature and unforgettable experiences.


Our 5-step process to planning your golf getaway is as follows:


STEP 1: Submit Your "Client Travel Request Form & Travel Services Agreement  ": Click Here


STEP 2:    We have our "15-min Travel Inquiry Phone Call"  and You Complete Your Client Portal


STEP 3:   Within 24-48 hours, we will follow up with your Group Travel Proposal and Group Planning Services Fee for you to review 


Note: What is a Group Planning Service Fee? 

  • Service fees compensate advisors for their expertise, time, and detailed trip customization
  • Fees help validate serious client inquiries and ensure fair compensation 
  • Aligns with our experience level and for complex trips requiring multiple components 


STEP 4:  We receive your signed Group Travel Proposal and your payment for our Group Planning Service fee  


STEP 5:   We plan and you enjoy your vacation!

Our Custom Golf Group Travel Packages

Our Custom Golf Group Travel Packages include: 

  • Custom Website for your Group managed by Eminence Escapades Travel
  • Lodging Accommodations: 4-star, 5-star or Boutique Resorts 
  • Golf Tee times at one premier course per day
  • Club Transfer and Storage (optional)
  • Transfers: Round-trip airport transfers and daily course transportation
  • Group of 4 or more players; Multi-Day Play  
  • Private Lessons or Clinics as an add (varies by course)
  • Post-round Spa Treatments



Your Custom Group Website, will allow your group to: 

  • Book their hotel/resort room with the Group Booking Link
  • Pay the hotel/resort deposit if required
  • Book transfers to/from the airport at the destination
  • Book and pay for any experiences established by the group
  • Book Travel Insurance
