Important Early Boarding Information:
- STEP 1 - Email from Virgin Voyages: You will receive an email from Virgin Voyages about 5 days before your sailing. This e-mail will have all the details you need regarding boarding including your priority boarding time. IMPORTANT: Screenshot that email!!!!!
- STEP 2 - Early Boarding Time: Early boarding typically begins around 1:45 PM at most locations.
- STEP 3 - When you arrive at the Port: DO NOT wait in line. You can skip the line. Find a Virgin Voyages agent at the front of the line and show them your screenshot of your e-mail and they will let you skip the line and enter into the port for boarding.
- STEP 4 - Exceptions to App Times: Remember, If you qualify for "Priority Boarding", you will still have to select a time in the app for embarkation. However, you can ignore the scheduled boarding time in the Virgin Voyages app, you can still arrive starting from 1:45 PM even if the app has a later time.
- STEP 5 - Arriving earlier then Early Boarding Time: Do not try to go earlier than your time you received on the email from Virgin Voyages for Priority Boarding. You will be able check in and sit in the lounge but not enter the boat until your time.
Rockstar Boarding Sailors - You enter via a special VIP area at the Port!
- Mega Rockstar & Rockstar – Suite level guests
- Arrive from around 1 PM and enjoy the lounge available at select terminals. Sailors staying in RockStar Suites are granted early boarding privileges. Dedicated staff members will assist RockStars during the boarding process. RockStars board before any other priority lines and are the first to step onto the ship.
Priority Boarding Sailors
Either via Sailing Club status or by purchasing Splash of Romance you can use the Priority line at check-in.
- Arrive from 1:45 PM and look for the priority sign.
- Splash of Romance – Available for only 90 cabins per sailing - This add-on is only available for 90 cabins (with 2 people sharing) per sailing. By purchasing this add-on, you’ll have the opportunity to join the priority line.
- Deep Blue Extras – Virgin Voyage’s Sailing Club Benefit - If you quality as part of the Sailing Club you’ll enjoy priority boarding. Deep Blue Extras provides a dedicated priority line for sailors who qualify as well as their cabin mate.
