Our 5-step process to planning your next vacation is as follows:
STEP 1: Submit Your "Client Travel Request Form & Travel Services Agreement ": Click Here
STEP 2: We have our "15-min Travel Inquiry Phone Call" (as determined by Eminence Escapades Travel based on the Client Travel Request)
STEP 3: Group Planning Services Fee (Pay within 24-48 hours)
Note: What is a Group Planning Service Fee?
- Service fees compensate advisors for their expertise, time, and detailed trip customization
- Fees help validate serious client inquiries and ensure fair compensation
- Aligns with our experience level and for complex trips requiring multiple components
- The cost is: $50 per day (domestic); $75 per day (International)
STEP 4: Client Portal Set-Up - Group Leaders
STEP 5: Trip Planning Begins - We plan, You Enjoy!
Our Custom Group Getaway Travel Packages will include:
- Custom Website for your Group managed by Eminence Escapades Travel
- Personal Photo for the Website if desired
- Two max Group Liaisons - We respond to Group Liaisons within 24-48 Hours
- Lodging Accommodations: 4-star, 5-star or Boutique Hotels/Resorts
Your Custom Group Website, will allow your group to:
- Book their hotel/resort room with the Group Booking Link
- Pay the hotel/resort deposit if required
- Book transfers to/from the airport at the destination
- Book and pay for any experiences established by the group
- Book Travel Insurance
Our Client Packages have options for: Hotels, Resorts, Cruises, Day Tours & Activities, Lux Flights Options (First Class, Business Class and Jet Service), Homes & Villas, Travel Insurance, Multiday Tours, Unique Experiences, Perks, Packages and more!
