Flex Pay cruise payment plan makes paying for your voyage simple by giving you the freedom to travel when you want, with as low as $0 due at booking, 0% APR, and the flexibility to pay over time.

Insurance must be purchased before your cabin is paid off! Insurance can not be added once your cabin is paid off. You can add insurance to your voyage in your Virgin Voyages Account; Or call sailor services to add it. Payment will be due at the time of the add. Cabin vs. Travel Insurance
Virgin Voyages offers cabin insurance during the booking process, found in the “Add more magic now, or later in My Account” section just before final payment. Please note that Virgin Voyages cabin insurance must be purchased before your cabin is paid in full.

DINING RESERVATIONS
You’ll be responsible for booking any optional dining at the six specialty restaurants on board. This gives you full flexibility to choose the restaurants, dates, and times that work best for your sailing. The below chart shows when you can book your dining based on your selected fare when booking your cabin (Lock It In, Base, Essential, Premium, Rock Star, Mega Rock Star).
There is NOT an additional cost to dine at the specialty restaurants. It is included in your voyage fare choice.
Also please note there are brunch and dinner options. However, brunch varies and is not served at all specialty restaurants.
The Virgin Voyages App will show you exactly when dining reservations open for your voyage and you will book your specialty dining in the App.
We strongly recommend booking as soon as reservations become available.
If a restaurant is fully booked or the available times don’t work for you, simply visit the restaurant directly or stop by Sailor Services on embarkation day for assistance—they can often help secure or adjust reservations.
Below, you’ll find more information about each specialty restaurant to help you choose your dining experiences and as always the Galley is a great way to dine as well and the Diner in the Galley is open 24/7.


SHORE THINGS RESERVATIONS
You’ll be responsible for booking any optional Shore Things / Excursions / Experiences. The Virgin Voyages App will show you exactly when shore things reservations open for your voyage.
We strongly recommend booking as soon as possible as some will sell out.
If a shore thing is fully booked, simply visit the Shore Things Desk on Deck 7 on embarkation day for assistance—they can often help secure or adjust reservations.

NOTE: Please note that Virgin Voyages WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD for the shore thing AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. You will have until 2 days before the sailing to cancel. If you do, a credit will be applied to your credit card.

If you received Priority Boarding and it is in your "Add-On's in the App, You will receive an e-mail from Virgin Voyages approximately 5 days prior to sailing. Click below for more information on what it will say and when and how you can board!

3) Go to Deck 5 to the Sailor Services Desk
Bed Configuration, Bed Padding, Steamer for Clothes, any other questions that you need assistance with as a sailor, etc.
Visit the Lost & Found desk on Deck 5 to report or recover misplaced items or missing luggage from embarkation.
Need to update the credit card on file, credit issues, refund issues, folio issues, etc.
Sailors enjoy complimentary Wi‑Fi at sea, with optional upgrades available for enhanced connectivity.
For medical assistance, contact Sailor Services or please know the medical unit on Virgin Voyages ships is located on Deck 4. This area serves as the Medical Center, providing professional medical assistance and care for any health-related issues or emergencies that may arise during the voyage
